Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

We collect only what we need to run BonusDuel, we never sell your personal information, and you can ask to see or delete it at any time. This policy follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

4. Consent

By using the Service you consent to the uses in this policy. Where we use your information for marketing, we ask for your express consent as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw consent at any time, though some features may stop working.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

6. Where it's stored

Some of our providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored there may be accessed by authorities under local law.

7. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes). When you leave or ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable time, except what we must keep by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.

9. Your rights

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent and have it deleted. Email support@bonusduel.com; we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. Age

The Service is not for anyone under 18. If we learn we hold information about someone under the legal age, we will delete it.

11. Changes

We'll post any updates here and change the effective date. If changes are significant we'll tell members on Discord or by email.

12. Province-specific rights

If you live in Alberta, Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act also applies, and you may complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta. We don't currently offer the Service to residents of Quebec.

13. Automated decisions and tracking

We don't make decisions about you using automated profiling. You can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies at any time through your browser settings or our cookie banner, where shown.

[ ] iGaming Ontario self-exclusion link in the Responsible Gambling Policy

Ask a lawyer to check:

[ ] Whether you must register with the AGCO as a gaming-related supplier before earning affiliate commission from Ontario operators, and Alberta's equivalent

[ ] Whether your website and ads may mention bonuses publicly in Ontario under the AGCO's inducement rules

[ ] Subscription and auto-renewal rules under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act

[ ] CASL consent wording if you send marketing emails or DMs

[ ] Whether your profits should be reported as business income

Protection that matters more than wording:

[ ] Ask Stripe to confirm BonusDuel is allowed before launch: Stripe prohibits gambling and "sites that promise fast and easy money"

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 28, 2026

1. Agreement. These Terms are a contract between you and BonusDuel ("we", "us"). They cover bonusduel.com, the BonusDuel Discord server, our guides, calculators, tools and any paid membership (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least the legal gambling age where you live (19 in Ontario, 18 in Alberta) and legally allowed to open accounts with the sportsbooks we discuss. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. We may ask you to confirm your age or location and may refuse or remove anyone at our discretion.

3. What BonusDuel is, and isn't. BonusDuel is an education community. We explain how sportsbook promotions work and share general guides and examples. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept bets, we do not hold or manage your money, and we never place bets for you. We are not owned or operated by any sportsbook.

4. Not financial, legal, tax or betting advice. Everything we share is general information only, not personalised advice. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice. Speak to a qualified professional about your own situation, including whether your profits are taxable.

5. Your decisions, your risk. You decide whether to open an account, deposit money or place a bet. You are solely responsible for those decisions and their outcomes, including losses from mistakes, odds changes, voided or cancelled bets, misread offer terms, account restrictions, limits or closures, and delays in payouts. Always read each sportsbook's own terms before taking an offer.

6. No guarantee of results. We don't guarantee any amount of profit or earnings. Examples, screenshots and member results are illustrations, not promises or typical outcomes. Results depend on the offers available where you live, your accuracy, the time you put in, and decisions sportsbooks make about your account. Offers can change or end at any time without notice.

7. Memberships, billing and refunds. Some parts of the Service require a paid membership (for example Pro or Platinum). Prices and billing periods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card details.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Membership & Billing page in your account, or by emailing support@bonusduel.com; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

• Price changes: we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. The exceptions are our guarantees. Pro: if you follow the guides and don't make back your Pro fees within your first 30 days, email support@bonusduel.com within 45 days of your first payment for a full refund of those fees. Platinum: if you follow the programme and haven't made back your fee, we keep working with you at no extra cost until you have. Platinum fees are not refunded in cash.

• One-time purchases: any one-time programme is described at checkout, including what is included and whether it can be refunded.

8. Discord and community rules. When you use our Discord you must also follow Discord's own terms. In our community you agree not to: harass, threaten or abuse anyone; post spam, scams, referral or affiliate links of your own, or advertising; impersonate staff; share illegal content; encourage anyone underage or self-excluded to gamble; or pressure anyone to bet more than they can afford. We may delete content, mute, remove or ban anyone at our discretion, with no refund where the removal is for breaking these rules.

9. Confidential member content. Paid guides, offer lists, calculators, spreadsheets and private channels are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, screenshot for public posting, or share them outside BonusDuel. Sharing paid content or your account is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

10. Your account. Give us accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per membership.

11. Your content. You keep ownership of what you post (for example win screenshots or messages). You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, display and share it on the Service and in our marketing, with your username or anonymised. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share. Remove personal or account details from screenshots before posting.

12. Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without paying you.

13. Calculators and tools. Our calculators and examples may contain rounding differences or errors, and sportsbook odds change constantly. Always check the final numbers on the sportsbook before placing a bet.

14. Third-party sites and affiliate links. The Service links to sportsbooks and other third-party sites we don't control. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission when you visit or sign up; see our Affiliate Disclosure. We aren't responsible for any third party's actions, offers, payouts or account decisions.

15. Our intellectual property. The BonusDuel name, logo, website, guides, tools and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as part of the Service and only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

16. Disclaimer of warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free.

17. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BonusDuel and its owners, staff and moderators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, betting losses or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $100 CAD if you paid nothing.

18. Indemnity. You agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees, if a claim is brought against us because of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your dealings with any sportsbook.

19. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 4, 5, 6, 9, 15–20) continue after termination.

20. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Before starting any formal claim, contact us at support@bonusduel.com so we can try to resolve it within 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided in the courts of Ontario, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

21. Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

22. Changes. We may change the Service or these Terms. If a change is material, we'll post it here and update the effective date, and notify members on Discord or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

23. General. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure and Responsible Gambling Policy, are the whole agreement between us.

24. Online agreement, prices and taxes. You agree that these Terms, your checkout and our emails form a binding electronic agreement. Before you pay, checkout shows the plan, what's included, the total price in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes (including HST/GST), billing frequency and how to cancel. Access to digital content starts immediately after payment. We email you a copy of your purchase details and a link to these Terms.

25. Chargebacks. If you have a billing problem, contact support@bonusduel.com first; we usually fix it within 2 business days. Filing a chargeback for a payment you authorised is a breach of these Terms. We may suspend your access while it's open and share your account and usage records with Stripe to respond to it.

26. Affiliate relationships. We take part in sportsbook affiliate programmes and may be paid when you visit or open an account through our links. You are never charged for this and it doesn't change the offer you receive. Offers are set by sportsbooks, not us, and may change or end without notice. Members may not post their own referral or affiliate links in our community or use our content to run their own affiliate business.

27. Sportsbook rules and lawful use. You must follow every sportsbook's terms and the law where you live. You may not use our guides to open accounts in another person's name, use someone else's identity or payment details, hold multiple accounts at one sportsbook, provide false information, or bet from a province where it isn't permitted. We don't support or teach any of these, and we may remove anyone who does them, without refund.

28. Accurate information. You confirm that everything you tell us, including your age and province, is true. Giving false information ends your right to use the Service, with no refund.

29. Third-party platforms. Parts of the Service run on platforms we don't control, including Discord, Stripe, our website host and Google or Apple sign-in. Their terms and privacy policies also apply, and we aren't liable for their outages, changes or decisions, such as Discord removing a server or account.

30. Events outside our control. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can't reasonably control, including platform outages, changes to sportsbook offers or rules, changes in law, internet failures or natural events.

31. Assignment and relationship. We may transfer these Terms to a buyer or successor of the business. You may not transfer your membership. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, agency or fiduciary relationship between you and us.

32. Notices and language. We may send notices by email to the address on your account, by posting in our Discord announcements channel, or on this page. You can send notices to support@bonusduel.com. These Terms are written in English, and the English version governs.

33. Contact. BonusDuel, Unit 308, 127 Queen Street East, Toronto, Ontario M5C 1S3, support@bonusduel.com.

Earnings Disclaimer and Affiliate Disclosure

Earnings disclaimer. There is no guarantee of specific results. Any figures, examples, screenshots or member results shown by BonusDuel are illustrations only and are not typical or promised outcomes. What you earn depends on the offers available in your province, how accurately you follow each step, the time and effort you put in, and decisions sportsbooks make about your account, including limiting or closing it. Mistakes and odds changes can cause losses. Offers change and end without notice.

Affiliate disclosure. BonusDuel may receive commissions for visits to, or accounts created at, sportsbook websites through links on our website, Discord or social channels. These commissions come from the sportsbook or its affiliate network, never from you, and they don't change what you pay or receive. We aim to recommend offers based on their value to members, whether or not we earn from them. BonusDuel is independent and is not owned, operated or endorsed by any sportsbook.

Short footer version:

Responsible Gambling Policy

Matched betting should feel like maths, never like chasing losses. BonusDuel is only for adults of legal age who can stop at any time.

Age. You must be 19+ in Ontario and 18+ in Alberta. We remove anyone we believe is under age.

Our commitments.

• We teach methods that cover every outcome and never encourage unhedged gambling, chasing losses or betting money you need for essentials.

• We don't target content at minors or anyone who has self-excluded.

• Staff and moderators will point members to support if they see signs of harm.

• If you ask, we will remove you from the server and stop all messages to you, no questions asked.

Warning signs. Betting money you can't afford to lose, placing bets without covering them, chasing losses, hiding betting from people close to you, or feeling anxious when you can't bet. If any of these sound familiar, take a break.

Tools that help. Every licensed sportsbook offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in its account settings. In Ontario, you can also self-exclude from all regulated online sportsbooks through iGaming Ontario's centralised self-exclusion programme [CONFIRM AVAILABILITY AND LINK BEFORE PUBLISHING].
